Webinar – What should happen after restraint?

What happens after restraint can shape whether someone feels safe, listened to and able to trust staff again. Debriefing after Restrictive InterVEntions (DRIVE-MH) have identified key principles that help explain what effective post incident responses need to do, but those principles will not look identical in every setting.

This webinar will bring research and lived experience into conversation to explore what those principles mean in practice, alongside a real world example of how they are already being used in a different service context. The focus will be on what can remain consistent across settings and what needs to adapt to the people and context involved.
