Across two days, we will explore what is possible when we prioritise proactive, needs-based support alongside genuine relational engagement. This year’s event seeks to challenge assumptions and move us toward eliminating unnecessary restraint through strong, trust-building connections.  

Featuring lived experience speakers, practice leaders, and academic experts, we will inspire a collective shift toward relational, trauma-informed care – creating safer, more compassionate environments where relationships are at the heart of support, and needs are understood and met early on. 

The event will bring together professionals and practitioners across education, health, and social care, working across the UK and beyond. People with lived experience are warmly welcomed.
