Hosted once again by CPI International, this year’s Conference – Restraint Reduction: Examining What Works – will look closely at the progress being made across health, social and education sectors, and the ongoing challenges for those developing and implementing restraint reduction techniques and approaches.
We are particularly looking for individuals or organisations able to speak around the six core strategies and share good practice about the role these play in the practical implementation of restraint reduction initiatives in the day-to-day running of organisations and services. We’re keen to hear from speakers with experience of mental health, education, social care and dementia settings.
Six Core Restraint Reduction Strategies
Strategy One: Leadership.
Strategy Two: Performance Measurement.
Strategy Three: Learning and Development.
Strategy Four: Providing Personalise Support.
Strategy Five: Communications and Customer Focus.
Strategy Six: Continuous Improvement.
With hundreds of attendees from across the policy, health and social care, and education sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to present your research and/or practical applications to key leaders and implementers in behaviour management.
