New Clinical Director joins RRN

The Restraint Reduction Network warmly welcomes Emma Highfield, who joins the Restraint Reduction Network as Clinical Director.

Emma has worked in mental health services for over 25 years, including work as HOPE(S) consultant, and has a long-standing commitment to trauma informed working, learning from people with lived experience and collaborative practice to make sense of and respond to distress.

Emma brings a wealth of experience to the role and will provide clinical leadership in our work seeking to reduce restrictive practices across education, health and social care settings. We’re delighted to have Emma with us!
