- Level 5 Diploma in Practice Leadership in Reducing Restrictive Practices
Are you interested in working for Restraint Reduction Network and share our mission?
We are looking for part time tutors who are committed to reducing restrictive practices and have experience of developing and implementing restraint reduction strategies and plans at individual and/or service and organisational levels. The course is based on the Six Core Strategies of restraint reduction.
You should be confident in hosting tutorials, marking assignments and be able to support small groups of learners through a blended learning programme.

We welcome applications from people who have had lived experience of restrictive practices. Hours are flexible but need to work with the course timetable and will depend on how many groups you choose to take on.
