In this key position, you will work closely with the CEO, RRN trustees and executive team to shape the future direction of our work and drive forward our mission. You will champion best practices, influence policy, and lead the implementation of the RRN Training Standards both nationally and internationally.
We are seeking a registered healthcare professional with a proven track record in reducing restrictive practices, fostering trauma-informed leadership, and cultivating positive cultures within care settings.
